How You Can Have the Brightest, Whitest Smile for Life!

-NEW PATIENTS establish with Dr. Spence for an exam, cleaning and x-rays.

-Or, If you are an EXISTING PATIENT in our office, schedule your routine 6
month exam, cleaning and necessary x-rays.

- THEN, whether you are a new or existing patient, at this visit, impressions
will be taken for custom whitening trays that will be ready for you to pick
up in a couple days.

-When you pick up trays we will give you instructions on how to use and
check for proper fit of trays.

-Wear the trays as instructed for a minimum of 2 hours each night for 7-10
nights and you will have a bright, white smile!

-Return as recommended by Dr. Spence every 6 months for exam, cleaning
and necessary x-rays. New whitening material will be dispensed along with
instructions on how to maintain your brightest, whitest smile possible.

-Teeth whitening is a safe procedure if you follow Dr. Spence’s instructions
on the proper use of the whitening gel. (Please refer to the hand out we
give you with initial visit)

- A small percentage of individuals experience some cold sensitivity during
the process, if this occurs we will give you fluoride to use during the
whitening process.

-There is a nominal fee to remake your custom trays should you loose or
destroy them.
